Eligibility involves signing up during Open Enrollment, although exceptions exist for life-changing events such as job changes, marriage, divorce, relocation. The Open Enrollment period is typically open November 1st thru January 15th each year, but those whose income does not exceed 150% of the Federally Poverty Level are currently eligible to enroll year round.
